Warranty & ReturnsProducts that you have purchased from Oz 3D Optics that include a warranty will state the warranty period next to the item on your invoice.If you find that goods you have received from Oz 3D Optics are DOA (dead on arrival) defective due to manufacturing fault or fail in any way during the warranty period, fail to perform as advertised or are not the same as advertised, you have the right to return the goods with proof of purchase to us for replacement or a refund. Refunds do not include freight charges. Freight costs to return goods are the responsibility of the consumer. All freight costs to return replacement goods will be paid for by Oz 3D Optics.
