Important Tips for a smooth on-line transaction.
When placing your order on-line through our shopping cart there are a few things that you can do to make sure that your order goes through smoothly without delay.
Refunds will not be given for goods order based on guessing. If you need help call us!
Make sure to complete all fields when signing up for a new account.
Double check your details before signing up for an account to make sure you haven't left anything out or misspelt any names incorrectly. The most common mistakes that give us the most problems are 1. entering an incorrect email address, 2. entering an incorrect street name or forgetting to add the street type such as Ave, St, Crt etc, 3. entering an incorrect or incomplete phone number. By far the worst is entering an incorrect email address as you will not receive notifications and copies regarding your order or your tax receipt which is emailed to you at a later date. You will also be unable to login unless you use the email address you signed up with.
When you choose your payment method make sure to click on the radio button, EG: - next to your chosen payment method to select it. Simply entering your credit card details is not sufficient.
Check your order carefully at the confimation page to make sure all the details are correct. Check that your chosen payment method is correct. Mistakes cause delays.
If making payment by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or Internet banking, make sure to use your order number that is stated at the top of your order email as a payment reference. You will receive a cope of your order with payment instructions shortly after completing your order.
Shipping & handling costs within Australia
Here at Oz 3D Optics, we do our best to keep shipping and handling costs to a minimum without compromising on the delivery speed and security of your goods. Our prefered method of shipping is by Australia Post Express Post. Most small orders for delivery within Australia will only cost $5.50 inc GST.

Up to 30 x paper 3D glasses will cost $5.50 inc GST
Up to 2 x plastic 3D glasses will cost $5.50 inc GST
1 x plastic 3D glasses and 10 x paper 3D glasses will cost $5.50 inc GST
Most medium sized orders for delivery within Australia will only cost $13.20 inc GST, via Express Post.

We also have an overnight service via TOLL Priority which delivers to all metro and most major regional areas within Australia overnight for an additional charge. Minimum charge for a TOLL Priority 3KG overnight satchel is $15.40 inc GST. Larger orders will require 3KG labels which are a little more expensive.
We understand that the shopping cart on a website will not always get your shipping charges right so don't be surprised if after making a medium to large order if you are charged less for your shipping than what was quoted on the website. We check each order to make sure you have not been over charged for shipping & handling costs before processing your payment. If the shopping cart makes a mistake we will automatically make the necessary adjustments and charge you the correct amount.
Shipping & handling costs outside Australia
When it comes to shipping goods overseas we find that on-line stores rarely get it right. Most of the time you get over-charged. Once again what the shopping cart quotes you and what we end up charging you is too different things. We check the rates for all overseas orders carefully and can offer you various methods to choose from. Most small orders up to about $25.00 AUD that require international shipping can be sent by standard airmail (no insurance) for about $8.00 AUD. If you required insurance then this will add about $10.00 AUD to the cost of the shipping. So if you just want to make a small overseas order, when you get to the shipping section just ignore the shipping costs or once you have completed your order you could also reply to your order confirmation email that you will receive and ask us for a confirmation of the sipping costs before charging your credit card.

Order processing and shipping times
Order processing typically happens within 24 - 48hrs of payment. Orders are normally dispatch on the same day as processing. You will be automatically notified of any changes to your order status by email. Orders using TOLL Priority shipping that are placed before 12:00pm AEST will be dispatched the same day. Orders using TOLL Priority shipping placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. Shipping times will vary from overnight for TOLL Priority to 1 - 3 working days for Express Post. The fastest guarenteed service is TOLL Priority. International other sent by standard airmail have an estimated delivery time of between 3 - 10 days. TOLL Priority GLOBAL shipping take approximately 3 - 5 days.
