Oz 3D Optics provide shipping of goods and accept the return of goods under the following conditions.

Shipping & Handling
Only orders from residents within Australia and New Zealand will be processed. If you live outside of Australia
and wish to place an order with our store please contact us with your order so that we may provide you
with for a quote on postage and handling.
NOTE: All shipping charges quoted by our shopping cart for orders
outside of Australia are classed as INVALID until approved by Oz 3D Optics sales staff.
All orders placed will be processed as promptly as possible. Once a payment has cleared orders
will be sent within 3 days via your selected postal method. Shipping times may vary form 1 - 10 days
depending on where in Australia or New Zealand you are located and the shipping method being used.
Although all care is taken to securely pack your goods for transit, once your order is been passed on to a
postage service for delivery you agree that Oz 3D Optics is no longer liable for any damage or loss that
may arise during transit or delivery of any goods ordered unless the items are insured.
Warranty & Returns
Products that you have purchased from Oz 3D optics that include a warranty will state the warranty period next to
the item on your invoice.
If you find that goods you have received from Oz 3D Optics are defective due to manufacturing fault or fail
in any way during the warranty period, fail to perform as advertised or are not the same as advertised, you have
the right to return the goods with proof of purchase to us for replacement or a refund. Refunds do not include intital
freight costs. Freight costs to return goods are the responsibility of the consumer. All freight costs
to return replacement goods will be paid for by Oz 3D Optics.
Oz 3D Optics will not replace a faulty item under warranty if it is found that the item in question
has either been damaged in transit, abused, misused, altered, tampered with or used in a way that it was
not designed for or in the case where you have simply changed your mind.
Disputes
If you have a grievance regarding the postage, handling, warranty of any products purchased from Oz 3D Optics please
state your complaint in writing and send it to the postal details at the bottom of this page.
